Items are returned in their original condition and original package.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
Horse Supplies will not be liable for any import charges that occur when delivering to countries which enforce this policy. Local duties and customs will be payable on receipt. To find out more about these charges please contact your local postal service.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST (15.0% sales tax).

All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason.
Payment using Pay Pal and Shopify for credit card transactions
Payment by way of direct deposit/internet banking transfer into our account .
If paying by way of direct deposit, please use your invoice number as reference number for your direct deposit. Once funds have been received and cleared we will courier your items to your nominated postal address.
Please note: This must not be a PO Box as couriers only deliver to physical street addresses.
Please allow five working days for delivery throughout New Zealand.
Overnight/next day courier is available on some items, upon request and will incur additional charges. Items of interest will be put on hold from your enquiry date until payment is received. If payment is not received within three working days, items will be returned to stock.
Full price merchandise may be returned for a credit or exchanged – no cash refunds will be given unless we are unable to supply a suitable replacement (subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993). Items must be returned within 10 days from delivery date (date will be on purchase receipt enclosed with items) with all label attached.
We also recommend that you check your purchase order against your receipt as soon as you receive and try on item/s to determine if any returns or exchanges are required.
All items will be quality-checked before being sent to you.
If you wish to return any item for any reason, please email us first to let us know your intention to return the goods and your reason/s why. You must pay for the freight and items must be received in original condition i.e. all labels attached.
Please also ensure the goods are packaged so they won't get damaged, and send them appropriately tracked and insured. We can't accept liability for returns damaged or lost in transit. Please also email us when the return has shipped with tracking details, so we know to expect it..
We regret we're unable to refund return postage charges.
